Our Story
The story started nearly a half century ago, but the official journey of Well | Rooted began in 2023 and formalized in 2024. A combined 30 years of experience in various executive leadership, operational and branding roles, brings us to today. Our experiences culminated together through a common set of values and a vision to see the marketplace filled with well-rooted leaders. We know our story is just beginning, though much has already been written, as we embark to see this vision realized.
We are not the central figures in this story, but it is actually you! The vision we have to see well-rooted leaders alive in the marketplace is impossible with us alone and it requires you fulfilling your highest potential.
